We use only the best ingredients to serve you enjoyable dishes. We carefully select fresh Sushi items from Tsukiji, Kyusyu, and ocean adjacent to San Diego. There are always 25-30 kinds of Sushi items including seasonal fishes. Especially, steamed Sea Eel with coarse salt is our famous dish. Not only Sushi items, but also seaweed and pickled ginger are highly-selected. We have some kinds of rare Sake from around Japan.
